  • Account data (name, email, date of birth username) is retained for the duration of your active account. Upon account deletion, your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
  • Message data is stored on our servers to enable delivery and sync across devices. Messages are deleted from our servers within 30 days after they are deleted by the user.
  • Usage and device data is retained for up to 12 months for analytics and security purposes, after which it is anonymized or deleted.
  • Legal hold: In cases where data is subject to a legal obligation or dispute, we may retain relevant data beyond the standard retention periods until the matter is resolved.
